Port City Cab and Sedan, LLC offers a variety of corporate account options, depending on the number of members, frequency of fares and distance of the trips. Port City can customize an account for you.
Once an account has been established with Port City, anyone from the
company authorized list can call (228) 712-2022 to place a pickup or they can schedule a pickup the day before thru fax at (228) 497-4836.
Upon calling, we request that you indicate that this is a corporate account fare and state the name of the company or the corporate account number. This ensures that we keep your account records accurate and places this as a corporate priority call.
Based on the billing cycle that is customized for your company, Port City will send a detailed invoice
that includes, but not limited to:
Date
Time
Pickup Location
Drop off Location
Rate Summary*
*Since Corporate accounts do not have an assigned driver we ask that all tips are offered at the time of service rather than incorporating them into the billing.
